I love Stacey. I recently talked to a couple who renovate houses and offered them suggestions on renovating home with a view for older adults and/or handicapped people residing in a house long term. Widen the door frames, straight door handles, large walk or roll-in shower, ramp instead of stairs and possible french doors. All if these things make more sense than adding a story to a small house or leveling a 2 or 3 BR to make a three story behemoth. Long view to home ownership is smart.
